Awesome work/life balance. Great company culture. Offers competitive education reimbursement opportunities and training.

Cons

The only down side to working for a great company, there's not a lot of turnover. Room for advancement can be challenging.

Great company and great people! Really enjoyed working here. The company truly cares about its employees and is a top notch employer.

Cons

Like any privately owned family corporation, there are some internal politics and it takes a while to get certain things approved.

- Great culture. Employees are happy to the point of arousing suspicion. I had never been at a company with employees that smile so much before working at Hunter. - President/CEO honestly seems to genuinely care about employees. - Gym on campus (San Marcos HQ). - Excellent holiday party. - Profit sharing. - Excellent 401(k) program.

Cons

- I didn't feel that salaries were quite as competitive as they should be. Profit sharing is considered part of one's salary, which shouldn't be the case.
