Pros

Flexible, casual work atmosphere which still innovates and strives for improving quality. Exceptional employee retention and minimal turnover. Strongly encourages improved employee health through wellness programs and insurance discounts. Provides the tools (gym, health counselors, sports fields) necessary to make health improvement easy to achieve.

Cons

Inter-departmental communication has room for improvement - beyond that, I've not experienced any drawbacks in my time as an employee.

It's an entire campus of diverse disciplines with an on-site gym, great benefits, and a good chance to grow if you are highly motivated.

Cons

Entry salary levels are not totally on par with San Diego's high cost of living.
