      Benefits package is great Profit sharing is nice in december, really helps with year end bills relaxed dress code, nothing too formal

      Cons

      Limited advancement possibilities Recognition is few and far between Communication between groups in departments fail at times

      Pros

      a vast majority of the employees i worked with were friendly and seemed to enjoy being there. the work environment was warm and welcoming. as well as others were willing to help new employees get acclimated.

      Cons

      the only issue i noticed is that communication between departments could be a bit more coordinated and project circulation could be systematized a bit better.
