Pros

Great benefits. Welcoming environment, you can make a difference, there is massive support for Pelotonia and people really care.

Cons

Growing pains lots of refreshed roles, as there was a retirement buyout last year. New roles for people and they don’t really have a clear definition of what these new roles are. If you are hired in, hybrid or full time in office is only option. Even though you spend a lot of time on phone calls with remote counterparts. Not great at rewarding financially. You need to negotiate for the highest pay to start, as the raises are not much. I’ve had from half a point to 4 percent for an annual raise.

Pros

Great Employees, Good PTO, Great work Hours

Cons

The position is not explained during the interview, Working for Huntington is a sales job, if you do not get sales you will be micro managed and pushed out. Instead of tellers being customers service focused we are told to do the work of our bankers with no incentives and a low base pay.
