Huntington equipment finance is an absolute mess. Management is terrible, the culture is terrible, and the decision making is baffling. Working in asset management felt like psychological warfare. Not to mention, they severely underpay their asset managers compared to market. There are no chances to go to conferences or do any kind of hands-on work. It's all mostly matrix based and is not a good place to kick off your career in asset management. They complain if you take vacation and make you feel guilty. Save yourself the stress and headache and find another job.
