      Great culture but a little unstable

      Pros

      I love working a HNB, mostly due to the quality and positive energy of the employees. People are kind, accepting, and team players. Work/life balance is also highly valued.

      Cons

      HNB experienced a recent rash of layoffs that came out of the blue, shortly after Colleague Appreciation Week and a change management project that forced many people to work overtime / way more than 40 hours for a good month and increased travel for some. At least one subsidiary has been sold off, so it looks to me like there are some structural and financial issues that the ELT is not fully transparent about and make the workforce a little less than secure.
