One-on-one session, able to work in person and remotely, lots of resources

Cons

The manner in which you tutor students is very unstructured, making it difficult to determine if you're meeting the company's expectations. Several times, I was assigned new students and expected to work with them the same day with little to no instruction on what to do or what to work on.

The owner wouldn't run the ac, and always seemed to be using the materials I needed when I was about to use them. The pay was terrible.
