Made great friends Kids were great

Cons

The management is basically non-existent and if you are not one of their hires they look for reasons to you quit. You can not go to your directors with issues or you will be made to feel like you are a child and they are talking down to you. No accountability for full time staff. You aren’t a tutor but a babysitter.

The pay is horrible for a qualified math tutor. They are very money-minded and do not want to pay the employees what they deserve. You and the students are better off private tutoring.
