Despite the anonymous nature of this feedback, we believe we know who this individual is and want to clarify that this staff worked very briefly with our team. We’re always open to constructive feedback and continuously look for ways to improve. However, the characterization of our environment and values does not align with the culture we work hard to foster. We’re especially concerned by the claim that our team is dishonest with families. This is simply not true and runs counter to everything we stand for. Transparency, integrity, and a student-first mindset are at the core of our culture. We strive to build trust with every family and educator we work with. We recognize that not every workplace is the right fit for everyone. We wish this individual the best in their future endeavors and encourage any current or former employees to reach out to us directly with concerns so we can address them thoughtfully and respectfully.
