      Some people might like the flexible hours and be more compatible with their system

      Cons

      Owners are not very kind You have to do several hours of unpaid training and then are expected to know everything pretty much right away Will require that you come in half an hour early UNPAID Will ask you to do additional unpaid training on THEIR BOOK SYSTEM if you aren’t immediately getting it Don’t really let you treat kids as individuals with individual learning styles
