Pros

Great center directors, with great training. A pleasant, collegiate place to work. All-round a great experience.

Cons

Nothing really.. only thing I can think of is having to give 2 week's notice of a change in schedule (e.g. for taking time off, or changing one's schedule), which can be tricky at times.
