      -The service offered is excellent and works with overwhelming majority of students as long as the plan is adhered to -You'll feel as through you're making a difference in children's lives

      Cons

      -High start-up costs -Crippling franchise fees -Cost prohibitive for large portion of potential students -Lack of support from home office -Antiquated technology -Ineffective marketing strategies -Obtuse and disinterested management -Unethical sales practices

      Easy to start, no preparatory work to speak of. No drama, just show up and teach.

      Cons

      Very repetitive, as you go through the same 3 books over and over. Little flexibility and low pay.
