* The kids - they are a joy to support and work with. * Implementing the HLC curriculum (hones on various types of skills) * No required overtime. Do the job and leave at the end of the shift. * Good camaraderie among employees who support the students. * Easy commute from where I live

Cons

* Poorly run management (communication typically negative or difficult) * Paychecks are not on time, sometimes are placed on hold or even bounced and their respective paystubs are not always provided * Low hourly pay rate in comparison to other tutoring companies (even if you have many years of teaching experience!) * Office materials constantly low or not functioning properly * Training is inconsistent and not always provided
