Good for younger people who want a light schedule

Pros

The management at my local center was really good. They cared about their employees, and they did everything they could to work with your schedule.

Cons

There were sometimes not enough hours to go around, so it could definitely be frustrating at times to work there. Additionally, you could have been uncomfortable teaching a subject, but they would push you to tutor it anyway.

Really enjoyed working with the kids. They are very organized in having the different learning tools for each age group.

Cons

I drove all the way across town for my tutoring appointment. You must always be there at least 15-30 minutes ahead of your start time, if the child didn't show up (you had to wait a half hour), you got to leave with NO COMPENSATION!
