Helping students of varied ages. 4 days at 9 hours and 1day 4 hours. Very detailed testing and in the approach for each student. Getting new curriculum for Common Core.

Cons

Wish I could work with some of the students more frequently to see more rapid progress. Scheduling is a pain because constant changes.

Motivated students who seem eager to learn and willing to do the work necessary to improve their performance in the related Math areas that they have tested weak in; sharp colleagues to work with; great marketing program brings plenty of hours; flexible, honest and fair management who always seem willing to work with you to help you meet your other obligations while still recognizing that the business requires that the students' needs are being met.

Cons

Sometimes the earlier afternoon hours may conflict with full-time substitute teaching openings.
