Customized tutoring per individual. Everything is set up for you - relatively easy for staff to read and work off the tutoring plans. Great job for teachers looking for some extra money.

Cons

Have to be flexible - change hours for school year vs summer. Was difficult for me since night time hours in the summer are minimal. Low hourly salary.

Huntington Learning Center (HLC) is very good at what they do! Whether Study Skills, Test Prep or Subject tutoring HLC targets each students needs with pre-assessments in developing a very specific study plan to target the students needs. HLC is very successful at what it does and has the testimonies to support their work and successes. Tutors are provided all materials, no lesson planning.

Cons

The hourly rate is comparatively low.
