      Pros

      I get to teach a variety of subjects one-on-one with students. The work environment is quiet. Dress is business casual.

      Cons

      This is only a part-time job with no benefits. There has not been a pay raise in several years. There is little room to move up in the company.

      Pros

      Company goal is wonderful: helping students learn. The one on one instruction is excellent. The teachers are qualified and hard workers.

      Cons

      It's the way the franchise goes about helping students learn that is the issue. The testing is way too long. The materials are dated. There is no technology in a field where technology is a big part of the school and home learning environment. The center itself is dreary and dirty. New employees are not given paperwork on a timely basis. The management is not ethical in its hiring or salary practices.
