      Pros

      May be better than unemployment. The level of stress was lower when I was unemployed, but that is only because I have ethics. If you don't, it might not be as bad. Some kids may actually benefit, despite the high cost of the programs.

      Cons

      Low pay, no benefits of any kind, its all about the money not the kids, being an accomplice to deceptive practices, bad management (including yelling at teachers in front of students), out-of-date curriculum, bad corporate policies, teaching a poor quality program.

      Pros

      When you leave... any job thereafter seems like a walk int he park!! The kids are fantastic... actually make you stay at a job you hate for WAY longer than you should

      Cons

      Stress without any concern for employees' well-being overtime... yes you work it- no you are not paid lied to by management and forced to lie to others (students/teacher/parents) passive aggressive "training" no support from management in ANY means environment of continuous back-stabbing, favorites, us-vs-them mentality that breeds aggression and mistrust throughout EVERY level of management
