      Get to work with families to improve the lives of struggling students.

      Cons

      Careers at a corporate level are derived almost exclusively from employees who worked at center level, however the turnover of these positions is extremely high.

      Working for a franchisee has been ok, great hours, and the services provided are really great.

      Cons

      As center director, there is no room to grow unless your franchisee owns multiple centers.

      Easy teaching Job

      Pros

      Good resume experience for new teachers. No lesson planning! Curriculum is set for you based on test results. You just have to help the student complete the assignment. You can specify the days and hours you would like to work. They will give you a reference.

      Cons

      You won't make a lot of money but the job is pretty easy and it still comes in handy. Benefits are only for full time salaried employees. Teachers only work part time there.
