Flexible scheduling. Consistent hours according to your schedule.

Cons

Hours are given to you the day before. Base pay is $15 per hour (before taxes). The compact, crowded environment can be distracting for you and the students. The internet is slow and the technology is outdated. If a student cancels you are only paid for 30 minutes of work as opposed to the full time slot.

Horrible to employees. Makes you feel like you are in a cult and stealing money from families. It’s even scripted.
