Pros

For people who are only tutors/teachers, it's fine. They don't have to deal with money making, marketing, or sales. They can focus solely on helping the students. Flexible hours.

Cons

You will be expected to work overtime without getting paid for it. You will be expected to do 5 people's jobs without getting paid any extra for it. You will be yelled at and called incompetent even if you've never been trained in the jobs you're doing. Management offers no support. It's all about the money. Only the teachers care about the students. It's incredibly expensive, and the goal is to keep the kid enrolled, not to actually make him learn. Insultingly low pay.
