Helping kids learn (but only if their parents can afford it)

Cons

If the student cancels more than 24 hours in advance you don't get paid, and staff is often not good at relaying the cancellation to you until the day of (and you still don't get paid). Eclectic ever-changing schedule. Almost no training is given to tutors. The largest extent of it is how to use their web driven content. No benefits. Massive turnover. Almost no one I started working with was there when I left.
