      Pros

      Flexible. Most MDs are nice people and are very approachable. Work is pretty easy depending on the project you're on.

      Cons

      We have no mission. I feel like I'm working only to make money and nothing else. We're not working on anything exciting internally. Our AI initiatives are all over the place without any real traction.

      Large consulting group with deep expertise in revenue cycle and successful track record leading small and mid-market engagements. Huron has genuinely impressive employee tenure. Everyone who starts their career at Huron stays there.

      Cons

      The culture and "Huron way" can be a tough nut to crack for experienced hires. Huron has an established way of approaching problems and tends to assume experienced hires understand that approach - rather than training it.
