      Good enviroment. You learn a lot. Salary is good. Benefits are also good. Good place to work. I recomend it.

      Growing up with in the company. Once I applied to a higher position in the company and it was denied even when I have 2 years in the company.

      A global company and leader in their field where the management team walk the talk and pursue behaviours for success

      Cons

      As a global leader with experience in manufacturing worldwide there is a lot of latitude provided to the local teams to be successful but the continued investment in good projects was not provided.
