Pros

I love working at Hustle! We work with some of the best organizations doing meaningful work including advocacy organizations and labor unions. To be able to bring my experience in that field to a tech company and have it be appreciated and valued is the single biggest accomplishment of my working life. Hustle has the most amazing staff and leaders. It is a truly a privilege and honor to work here.

Cons

We're a rapidly growing tech startup so things like office space is limited (for now!).

Best Tech Job I've Ever Had

Pros

I work with some of the brightest and most kind/authentic folks that I have ever had the privilege of working with in my entire career in Tech, while building software that creates a meaningful impact in the world while empowering organizations and political candidates that are very close to my heart. I would build *anything* for Planned Parenthood and Michelle Obama!

Cons

The building that our office in has struggled with heating issues, making it quite cold at times.

Pros

what we do matters in the world, we have a peer to peer platform that helps in getting out the vote where and when it matters and also helps non-profits and for-profits, and organizers to be successful in having meaningful conversations at scale. I feel like my passion for what means a lot in my personal life has finally met my professional life. It's a friendly place to work and a very diverse company in terms of the population.

Cons

Our SF office is cold in the winter, and so that is sometimes a problem but not a big one
