      Nice coworkers. Okay benefits. Some time off flexibility.

      Cons

      The pay is not comparable to other Ag businesses. It also isn’t equal across the board. There are Level 2/3 techs making $6-$8/hr difference for no legitimate reason. No explanation is given from management when requested.
