Pros

They work around your scedule unless your doing the thankless job of a Chinese cook. Most stores are pretty laid back with the exception of #7 in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Cons

Most upper managment is very two faced You have to bend over backwards to get a descent pay raise & and it gets worst every year. No matter how old you are they treat you like a child.

Pros

-ability to learn new tasks and take on responsibilities -great way to gain management experience (especially during college) -pride and ownership among the full-time/career-oriented individuals in the company -ability to meet new people, network, and move up

Cons

-the company is very political in regards to reviews, promotions, and terminations -it takes longer to move up in this company in comparison to others because they expect you to learn everything on your current level before moving up -anyone serious about moving up has to be willing to relocate frequently
