I was working in production for more than a year. Extremely hot with poor ventilation and only 30 minutes break during summer time. There is not place to grow in that company . Bad paid for the amount of job you are performing . Human Resources is unprofessional and did not give the safety training at the time of hire. After a year of being in the company they started to do the safety training because of an accident . They had to many fines and complaints with OSHA.

Half hour break in 8.5 hour long day. Want you to stay longer. First company where only that short time for break.
