Pros

The people who work here are amazing and most teams are a tight-knit group. Fully-remote work allows for a great work-life balance and most of the management seem to be very flexible with any emergencies or issues you may experience.

Cons

Recent layoffs and restructuring have put everyone on edge and the future of the company in question. Being owned by a private equity firm, most C-Level decisions are made for the benefit of the bottom-line and have negatively affected moral and benefits. This also means that the board is viewing success as quarter numbers and not looking much toward the future. Hyland seems to be a market/technology trend-follower (at best) and does not have any technology that is leading the market.
