      - Has a history of layoffs, with 3 in the last ~4 years(from 2019-2023), all large, and outsourcing to India and other countries. - Potential to learn is limited based on team and position. - Pay is very below average. - No job security

      Pros

      The people you work with really are your family. The job itself was great. Benefits were decent. Never had a hard time when needing time off. Endless resources for training. Remote work for my role was impeccable. There were hardly any bad days working here.

      Cons

      Of course, the layoff. It was not only heartbreaking for those let go, but also those who stayed. Job security is non existent. It doesnt matter if you have been here 1 year or 20. Some departments were already severely understaffed and they still let go of people.
