      Pros

      All Hylanders are willing to help, learning and growth are fostered and real, management team gets it and really cares for employees, and overall great environment onsite or remote!

      Cons

      Slides in the corporate office tend to give me more static cling than I like.

      Pros

      When Hyland says they care about the employee AND their family, they really do! They offer numerous benefits above and beyond the normal ones, such as Employee Appreciation days, food trucks, ice cream days, family outings, community volunteer hours, wellness sessions, etc. Employees help each other. Ideas are welcome. It's still a relatively small company, but strategically growing and winning market share internationally.

      Cons

      Everyone is accepted here but it's not a very diverse company at this time. Initiatives are underway to improve the diversity.

      Pros

      The people at Hyland are great. I have never met so many nice and friendly people. Everyone offers support and helps you to be successful. The top management level is not exempt from this. They take the time to get to know all of the employees. Everyone has an open ear and feedback is regularly requested and heard.

      I have no cons so far :)
