      Pros

      I am a recent hire, and I love it so far. Everyone is so welcoming, and there are a ton of employee centric benefits/events to promote inclusivity. I’ve heard and experienced nothing but great things from my manager and co workers.

      There is a lot of opportunity to grow into a role that you want to do. However you cannot wait for someone to put you in that role you really need to grind it out and keep pushing yourself to achieve more.
