- HR in India has reduced benefits over the years. Most gifts and benefits have been reducing every year. - Team Managers are not willing to hear about complains about HR, very defensive when complained about - Existing employees, working for several years have no respect. Newer employees are given far more salary than people working for 10 years or more - Any good policy in US are distorted in India to the extent of being meaningless to irritating - Salaries increased very slowly even when productivity was 2 or 3 times during lockdown - No agenda to keep old employees. Basically make the environment toxic for old employees so that they leave and new employees will be filled there. The health of the product suffers badly for this - Any amount of hard/smart work is seldom recognized with tangible benefits
