      Great place to work, unless working in the Diner Facilities

      Pros

      Benefits & work schedule were great for a cook's life.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay. Person who oversees the Diner has zero experience in the restaurant industry, makes decisions that negatively affect your life & was handed his job because he is best friends with one of the Hyland brothers & no matter how many times he screws things up he continues to have a job. Understaffing is also a major issue here which creates a highly stressful environment.

      Cons

      Low pay and overly hierarchical rank system are a bad combo. Everyone feels underemployed and so tries to compete for a promotion or raise that rarely comes. Team chemistry dies, everyone grows resentful, at best a few are promoted to their level of incompetence.
