Pros

Good benefits, although many of them are only enjoyed by people who work at headquarters. A lot of high profile/well-known customers

Cons

Difficult to work here as a remote employee; too many layers of management particularly in sales . Nepotism and blatant favoritism for people who are related to others within the company; people who are unqualified and not a good fit are hired into roles just because of who their family is or who they know. Constantly changing (and typically unrealistic) targets, variable compensation rates decrease every year, very challenging to make six figures particularly in certain teams/vertical markets.

Pros

Coworkers are mostly friendly people

Cons

-Opportunities for advancement are very VERY slim -HR/Leadership will make it seem like people move up a lot in the beginning to get you on board -Many employees who have been there 4+ years or more and no advancement -Did i mention the wage is despicable? -The fun culture is fine, but not worth the insane pay cut -The nepotism is real -They will keep increasing your work responsibilities without any raise in sight -Yearly "Raises" barely cover inflation

Pros

Great work life balance. Fun activities, such as after work parties, holiday parties, Training for job is good as well too

Cons

The pay is low. As in you can probably make double if you were to work somewhere else. The issue with the low pay is that you will find yourself taking on more and more task because of the high turnover rate. In my experience I was promised a mentor and not to be thrown into the fire. That wasn't the case.
