      Pros

      Hyland treats their employees well, even their remote employees.

      Cons

      As a remote employee, you have to be willing to travel a lot but that is part of the job. Raises are not very substantial so negotiate when you get hired.

      Pros

      Hyland is a very "trendy" company to work at in Northeast Ohio. I believe they will keep growing and be around for awhile.

      Cons

      There is a lot of hype, but empty promises. Technical Support has high turnover. If you get hired in Technical Support, you have to work a minimum of two years before applying for other internal positions.
