Pros

Great peer environment. Freedom to work and not be micro managed. Lots of culture building activities and peer bonding.

Cons

Management is lacking in vision and plans for career path growth. Lots of discussion, little action. The pay is not equitable for the industry. They have a hard time keeping talent because they won't pay.

they have flexible scheduling. that's about all I got. I dont take advantage of any other benefits because they cost so much.

Cons

everything else!! if your not in the boys club or if your name doesnt end in a-n-d you are not goi ng to do well here. Pay. I found out that I barely make more than an intern. clenliness. The buildings are ok but the bathrooms are horrible! I feel like I work with a bunch of children

1. Friendly atmosphere 2. Very good living accommodations for interns 3. Very good care of interns, lots of interesting activities 4. Perfect location. So close to Lake Erie. 5. I think it's developing very well and have a bright future

no. I have been two summer interning with Hyland Software, and I'm very satisfied with my experience. I learned a lot during my internship.
