Pros
Working in Hyland is honestly a blessing so far!!! The leadership strives to hire people with experience, & ambitions, they put the technical resources and gather feedback, to ensure we have what we need to do in our day-to-day Jobs, including a training academy that's really growing every day more and more and an open-door policy to bring new ideas aiming to improve our Jobs. Furthermore, everyone from down to the top seems to be equally motivated and strives to do the best they can and beyond. The work is fully remote, and although sometimes you might be expected to give answers by yesterday, you are not micromanaged, therefore if you are responsible, organized, and disciplined, you'll be able to deliver good results, whiteout putting in jeopardy your mental or physicals wellbeing When it comes to career development? I am seeing loads of promotions and most people have been here for a very long time.
Cons
We are humans, and in consequence, of course, there will always be some little cons, but we are all work in progress and I see everyone putting the best effort to improve things, for the whole!!! Therefore I am hopeful that whatever ''Cons'' we might still have now, will be history soon!!!
