Pros
Co-workers are great for the most part Good perks Time off situation is good
Cons
Management is awful No room to advance, if not part of a clique Pay is pathetic compared to industry for this area There is no clear plan or direction when implementing a project Management does not listen to people that actually work with the product How it was described to me before excepting the job, pay was low until you learn your desired module and then it would go up. Not happening it's low and they keep it that way. If you are QA, you are low on the totem pole. If you don't fit the mold, there is no opportunity. I have been passed over for another employee to work with a customer, first because he had been there longer. I was actually told that. Then passed up again for another stupid reason. Never mind that said employee is constantly asking me how-to questions that by now he should. But it's a good old boys, fraternity type environment here. And management knows when they are screwing someone over, because they turn into cowards and avoid you like the plague.
