Cons
Internal politics exist and can differ among teams/verticals. Your experience can vary greatly depending on which team you are on. Although improved, the pay scale is not enough to prevent attrition, and the company is loosing out on several young brilliant minds who move over FAANG or other companies with better packages. Constant changes in product strategies and layoffs have evoked defensive response amongst many existing employees, old and new. The working procedure for some teams at times could be too stretched at the beginning with design, documentation and several rounds of discussion before it reaches the dev team and may not be agile in its truest sense. Again, this varies from team to team.
