Pros
There are many benefits as a Hylander! For instance, they have a program you can join for like $25 a month that gives you access to all sorts of fitness videos and resources AND allows you to join a gym at no additional cost. A gym membership AND additional resources! The people I've encountered have all been very helpful and friendly. I've felt like I could be my true and authentic self working here, which means a great deal. There is a big emphasis on employee satisfaction and health. They are working hard to destigmatize mental health treatment - there are support groups for a lot of different things as well. I've noticed that they do a lot to promote folks from within and help people grow their careers. Overall, a great place to be.
Cons
There is a big emphasis on billing / billable hours (but this IS how the company makes money so ...). Just be prepared to be billable as quickly as possible. Once you are billable, it quickly becomes more difficult to find time to do training or professional development. There is A LOT of information and tons of resources to help you do your job, to the point that it is a bit overwhelming.
