      More hype than substance

      Pros

      A launching pad to something else where you can earn more money and work with true professionals.

      Cons

      Amateur hour is a constant. Middle management is clueless and completely detached from reality. They don't help you sell, but act more as a hindrance to the sale. Forget being promoted unless you've been there for 12 years or more and play the game. The comp plan is designed for you to never make what you truly deserve and is ever changing.

      Pros

      Company is growing fast and creatuing lots of opportunities for employees. Company benefits are very good and the culture is excellent. Technology is excellent. Continuous learning is highly valued.

      Cons

      Middle/line managers still learning as the company grows. While well intentioned, the lack of experience of some managers can result in some people management issues at times. Company is stil struggling with how to evolve as aquisitions become a more integral part of the company growth. It was easier to be home-grown and single location. Can be a bit of an ivory tower, but senior management knows it needs to combat that. Pay is sub-par, but company gets away with it because of all the positives.

      Pros

      ammenties, never grew up, have nothing better to do, the economy sucks, enjoy consuming free beer instead of getting bonus's, Just want to settle, gave up.

      Cons

      management blows. pay scale sucks. the more they try not to be coporate, the faster they are becoming coporate. All the cool people quit years ago. The management is really clueless.
