      Pros

      great friendly people for the most part.

      Cons

      Lower pay than competitors Advancement is not based on skills or qualifications, rather who you know. Losing its values as it seems to be buying other companies left and right, having record profits year after year, then lays off 150 employees i exchange for cheaper labor in other countries.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits. I have never had so much paid time off. The people are nice and willing to work with you, to an extent. Decent Pay for the job that I do..

      Cons

      Management feeds this high school culture especially in healthcare.. You better be one of the cool kids to go somewhere at Hyland.. Pettiness runs rampant. They preach collaboration but everyone is in it for themselves and management loves that.

      Pros

      The people I work with are all relatively open minded and are genuinely nice. Big emphasis on learning and growing. Team managers care about you.

      Cons

      As the company grows bigger, more and more stinkers are hired... Some are a bit incompetent and it's frustrating. You will feel undervalued pay-wise. They do not care what the standard for the area is, they will underpay you. No amount of benefits can replace the terrible feeling of getting paid FAR LESS than what you should. The company BOASTS about how great its doing, yet doesn't have the "budget" fair pay to its developers. COVID19 - Now, even with no one using the facilities and in-office perks that Hyland has been known for, the budget should be higher for other things? Higher management is hilariously disconnected.
