Pros

They were generous about severance with most recent layoff round, even if they did it in an impersonal way.

Cons

So much corp debt! They have a history of buying competitors. The end result is a portfolio full products that now compete internally, and not one of them is supported to the level customers demand. Staff cuts make it increasingly hard to keep products current. Instead, leaders assure customers they can stay on old platforms forever, while tech debt continues to grow.

Good culture Free food/drinks/snacks in the office often Periodic office events with catering Good benefits Some jobs let you work remote 100%

Cons

Top level leadership seems to not make good decisions for employees. More profit driven. Large layoffs in 2023, while bragging about how much money they're making. Some jobs aren't allowed to do remote, even though it would be possible
