None none none none none!

Cons

They have no clue about the business...and that is why they have minimal customers. They fell into the business...bought the accounts they have...and no nothing about it! They dont know the customer service side of the business which is most important. They dont know how to train.ot treat their employees. You go out of your way for them...and they dont even care a bit. The person hiring is the most clueless! He is a nervous wreck with no personality and he has no clue how to communicate with employees or customers. There are a few key players in this business...and this is a total "want to be" player....that "wont be"....because they have "no clue!"

There are no pros for working at this company.

Cons

There is no respect, no time off, no breaks, no positive feedback and no direction. The management treats everyone terribly. Long hours especially around holidays with no breaks. No training as well.

We appreciate the time you took to write the review. The Hyper Microsystems policy allows optional overtime or long hours, and those are fairly compensated. Hyper Microsystems is a small business that respects family values and traditions, and that is why all employees have a time off for 6 holidays per year. Learning mindset is one of our core values, and "learning by doing" is our training style. We train people by practically showing them what the duties are, and what is expected. As a small company, we need to adjust to market changes quickly, and that often means changing the processes, as we are constantly developing and learning "on the go". We celebrate all successes, small or big ones, and the rest, we like to call a "lesson learned" and move on, richer for an experience, and trying not to repeat it. Unfortunately, we do believe that there has been a misunderstanding with this review since we never had any Associate position open in Hyper Microsystems.
