Upper management does not communicate well, nor do they analyze, plan, monitor and appraise employees, per effective basic business practices. They have not given employees pay increases since 2013 and they make rash and impulsive decisions, which hurts the business. They play favorites according to your nationality, prefers Russians or equivalent to that race. They do not offer much in benefits or provide good health insurance.

Company was understaffed and trying to expand, which led to poor working conditions. Management was ineffective at improving policies to increase satisfaction. Low pay made those problems more difficult to deal with.
