      Pros

      It was a short commute.

      Cons

      Company was understaffed and trying to expand, which led to poor working conditions. Management was ineffective at improving policies to increase satisfaction. Low pay made those problems more difficult to deal with.

      Pros

      This could have the potential to be a great learning experience. The company liquidates a good variety of commercial and consumer products.

      Cons

      The obvious division between management and staff, Russian speaking employees and English speaking employees. Managers also don't communicate well with any of the employees Russian or English speaking.
