Not much to say. Bad Managment and Logistics

- Can work hybrid - There is a cafeteria (~15$ per lunch) - There is a Gym

Cons

- Managers don't have a clue on what is going on - High Turnover. If they don't like you, they'll just find an excuse - Their products are not worth the cost at all. I know because I repaired them.

In relation to your comment about high turnover and without knowing which department you are specifically referring to, I'd like to share that we are proud of our year over year decreasing turnover rates, which are also either below or in line with industry averages. We are also very proud of the many employees we celebrate each year who achieve a 20+ years of service milestone and are looking forward to celebrating many more.

Pros

I like my colleagues, and its nice to know that we all have the same work ethic. I get to work on some interesting projects and my workload is manageable. I can talk to my boss about anything, most people in the company are easy to speak to and listen to each other. People respect each other.

Cons

Its not a perfect company, most aren't. The company could communicate better to employees about overall strategies or vision for the future. There are sometimes silos in sharing communication because of the different divisions.

Not much, Food truck once in a while, Benefits

Cons

Almost no work structure, standard or ethic in the organization from top to bottom, Many management have very low communication skills and will shame your ideas, steal them, or if they turn out bad it will be your fault and that is if they ask you to participate, Otherwise they forget you in a corner and your left to yourself for WEEKS. QC is very minimal if even existent, Major defect in product on client side in multiple different product on the line. Health and safety is a real joke and they do not react on deadly work environment condition. I have the impression that this place is hiring mostly new immigrant to limit the amount of complaint related to the work condition due to there new status. For the love of god if you like your mental health apply elsewhere.
