      Pros

      As the headline says "a work in progress" I can say that the company is striving to be better or more I can say the best on what they do. They keep pushing on evolving and being up to date with the technology hence pulling all their employees up to do the same not only on their job but also on their career. Company is good, they're good with their employee, relationship wise. They offer a lot of good benefits for the employee. Happy environment, at least in my department :)

      A Place for stability and growth

      Pros

      Great company that offers stability and growth. Here is where I found my work family and we grow together as one. A happy place to work. We might feel overwhelmed of the work sometimes but with the leniency of the company, you can always come back stronger and smarter on what you do. Very happy to be part of this company.

      Cons

      Benefits, it should also cover our visual insurance since most of the workers are working 8 hours a day in front of the PC.

      Pros

      -They are always trying to improve their offer to employees. Adding new benefits or coverages to the insurance plans, adding RRSP match... -Flexible hybrid schedule -There are a lot of great people working here!

      Cons

      -The size of the company makes it hard to coordinate things through different departments or locations and things end up taking longer than initially forecasted.
