      Your fine if you fit into his “group” if you don’t be expecting to be walked out or written up repeatedly until it happens the most unprofessional place I’ve ever worked and he is also a joke there is none and when a complaint is made it goes absolutely nowhere DEAD END JOB RUN

      Pros

      Team oriented workplace, everyone is there for the common goal, and that is to succeed. I have only been here for a short time, but so far one of the Pros is that there is actual training, it seems that Management is really on top of making sure that training is thorough, that there is support, and that new employees are being given all the resources they need to succeed. Also, so far everyone has been very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      I really cannot offer any Cons at this time...as I stated above, I have only been here a short time.

      Pros

      Great opportunity for advancement especially in Arizona for both sales and admin. Benefits are reasonable. Outstanding customer service. Huge global reach. Good name recognition. I've worked for several VARs and most were the same. Hypertec brings a fresh approach that has taught me a lot.

      Cons

      I hate to say no cons as there is always room for improvement. That being said, the management team constantly look for areas to improve and is not afraid to make changes so cons are addressed and resolved.
